Terms and Conditions Apply to the Warranty Only.
3G iPhone Accidental Damage Coverage:
All warranties are good for one year from date of purchase. The credit card on file will be charged for any deductibles if a claim is processed. Customer gives DTS/iphonefix1 the authorization to charge the credit card provided for the deductibles and diagnostic fees. The warranty is can be canceled by either the customer at anytime or iphonefix1 due to not complying with the terms and conditions. The warranty is only valid on iphone 3G or 3Gs that have not been opened by anyone. The phone must be factory sealed. If the iphone has been opened it voids any warranty with iphonefix1 and the $15 diagnostic fee will still be charged. To process a claim the customer authorizes iphonefix1 to charge the credit card provided the deductible and the remaining balance for the warranty coverage. Warranty must be paid in full to file a claim. Warranty is active from the day of registration. Customer must register iphone within 5 business days of purchase of iphone for warranty to be in affect. Customer will receive confirmation # when registration is complete. If the customer does not receive the confirmation number email within 10 days please register again. If registration is not done the warranty is voided and the fee is non refundable. In the case that the iphone repair exceeds the current value we will issue a credit in the value up to $99 for the iphones to be used to upgrade to the 3G iPhone refurbished. We are not responsible for extended contracts with ATT or if you qualify for the upgrade. The iPhones will be equal or reconditioned working iPhones or the monetary value of the iPhone. Customer has 72 hours to report any problems with the replacement iphone. If there are software issues due to customer use an additional deductible will be charged. Policy coverage for accidental damage includes: outer glass, digitizer, frame, seal, home button,home sensor,light sensor, communication bracket, communication sensor,and speaker. Owners must provide serial number and date of purchase of unit. Limitations the Plan does not cover: lost/theft, logic board damage, water damage, speaker assembly, mute and vibrate button,frozen or not working phones due to applications downloaded to the iPhone, cosmetic wear and tear. Items not covered can be repaired for an addition cost.For repair owner must back up all information iphonefix1.net is not responsible for lost of any information on the phone. Turn around time on repairs typically 1 business day. Customer is responsible for any renewals or fees with their currently phone provider when receiving a replacement phone. Customer must register their replacement iphone with in 5 business days for warranty to be active.
3G & 3GS iPhone replacement deductibles:
Protection Term: 1 year
Deductible per incident: $50.00
Terms of the contract signed automatically roll over after the expiration date. Your payment method will be charged as it will renew the contract. You have 30 days before the warranty expires to send written cancellation to avoid renewal. The warranty will automatically be canceled if the information provided is fraudulent or falsified. DTS/iPhonefix1 has the right to change terms and pricing at any time without prior notice.
iPhonefix1 strongly advises you to record as a back up, data and software residing or recorded in the Covered Equipment,
before making the Covered Equipment available for service.
Limitations. The Plan does not cover:
(i) Installation, removal or disposal of the Covered Equipment, or installation, removal,
repair, or maintenance of non-Covered Equipment (including accessories, attachments,
or other devices) or network or cellular service external to the Covered Equipment;
(ii) Damage to the Covered Equipment caused by unauthorized modification, extreme environment
(including extreme temperature or humidity), extreme physical or electrical stress or water or
interference, fluctuation or surges of electrical power, lightning, static electricity, fire,
acts of God or other external causes;
(iii) Covered Equipment with a serial number that has been altered, defaced or removed;
(iv) Service necessary to comply with the regulations of any government body or agency
arising after the date of this Plan;
(v) Problems caused by the function of a network or cellular service or viruses or other
software problems introduced into the Covered Equipment;
(vi) Covered Equipment that has been lost or stolen.
(vii) The provision of replacement equipment during the period when the Covered
Equipment is being serviced;
(viii) Damage to, or loss of any software or data residing or recorded in the Covered
Equipment. THE CONTENTS OF YOUR iPHONE WILL BE DELETED AND THE STORAGE
MEDIA REFORMATTED IN THE COURSE OF SERVICE. Your iPhone or a replacement iPhone
will be returned to you as your iPhone was configured when originally purchased,
subject to applicable updates. iPhonefix1 may install system software (“iPhone OS”) updates
as part of your service that will prevent the iPhone from reverting to an earlier version of
the iPhone OS. Third party applications installed on the iPhone may not be compatible
or work with the iPhone as a result of the iPhone OS update. You will be responsible for
reinstalling all other software programs, data and passwords. Recovery and reinstallation
of software programs and user data are not covered under this Plan;
Deductibles for warranties purchased before 10-2-09
3G iPhone replacement deductibles for Accidental Damage:
$50.00 deductable for each incident.
Each replacement part is considered an incident if more then one part needs replacing at the same time the additional part coverage deductible is only $25
3GS iPhone replacement deductibles for Accidental Damage:
$75.00 deductable for each incident.
Each replacement part is considered an incident if more then one part needs replacing at the same time the additional part coverage deductible is only $25

By entering this Promotion, entrants accept and agree to be bound by these Official Rules. Any violation of these rules may result in disqualification. All decisions of the judges regarding this Promotion are final and binding in all respects.
1. PROMOTION PERIOD.Promotion begins 12:00 Noon PST, February 1st, 2010 and ends 11:59 PM PST, February 27, 2010 when all entries must be received.
2. HOW TO ENTER. Visit www.fixappleiphone.com and follow the instructions to complete and submit the entry form. All entries become the property of the iphonefix1 and will not be acknowledged or returned. Unlimited entry per person and per e-mail address for Promotion Period. All entrant information, including e-mail addresses, is subject to the respective Privacy Policy of the applicable IPHONEFIX1. By registering your email address, you are signing up to receive email communications from iphonefix1. You may unsubscribe at any time.
3. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION. Winner selection will be conducted by random drawing from all eligible entries. Any potential winner will be notified by email and/or telephone. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within two (2) days from the date the IPHONEFIX1 first tries to notify him/her, and/or the prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, such potential winner forfeits all rights to win the Promotion or receive the prize(s), and an alternate potential winner may be selected.
4.PRIZE DESCRIPTION. There will be one (1) total winner(s.) The prize is one (1) Apple iPhone 3GS plus iCare accidental damage warranty for 3 months. IPHONEFIX1 is not responsible for activating or renewing phone contract. iCare accidental damage terms and conditions apply. After the 3 months if the iCare accidental damage coverage is not canceled by the customer it will automatically renew for one year.
