Terms and Conditions Apply to the Extended Glass Protection Plan Only.
This plan covers only the glass with digitizer, LCD and Back Glass for an iPhone 4 and only the glass with digitizer for the iPhone 3G/3GS . The Plan does not cover: the speaker assembly, Power button, Volume,mute button, frame, battery, Logic board or water damage or any other part not connected to the front panel glass. Must not be damaged prior to purchase. (i) Installation, removal or disposal of the iPhone, or installation, removal, repair, or maintenance of iPhone (including accessories, attachments, or other devices) or network or cellular service external to the iPhone; (ii) Damage to the iPhone caused by unauthorized modification, extreme environment (including extreme temperature or humidity), extreme physical or electrical stress or water or interference, fluctuation or surges of electrical power, lightning, static electricity, fire, acts of God or other external causes; (iii) iPhone with a serial number that has been altered, defaced or removed;(iv) iPhone that has been lost or stolen. (v) Damage to, or loss of any software or data residing or recorded in the iPhone. Your iPhone or a replacement iPhone will be returned to you as your iPhone was configured when originally purchased, subject to applicable updates. Third party applications installed on the iPhone may not be compatible or work with the iPhone as a result of the iPhone OS update. You will be responsible for reinstalling all other software programs, data and passwords. Recovery and re-installation of software programs and user data are not covered. This extended protection plan is good for two (2) replacement transactions. After (2) replacement an additional replacements of glass are at normal prices. Protection Plan is active from the day of registration. Policy coverage for accidental damage includes: outer glass with digitizer only. All other parts are not covered. Additional charges for all other parts. Owners must provide serial number and date of purchase of unit. Any phone left for repair and is not picked up in 30 days from date on receipt will be considered abandon property and will be disposed with. The plan can be transferred to a new replacement phone in cases that the original phone is no long in use. Transfers can only be made in the first 30 days after a new phone is purchased. A transfer fee of 19.99 will apply. The transfer can not be used on existing , broken, or otherwise used phones. Plan does not cover lost/theft, logic board damage, water damage, speaker assembly, mute and vibrate button,frame, seal, home button,home sensor,light sensor, communication bracket, communication sensor,and speaker, frozen or not working phones due to applications downloaded to the iPhone, cosmetic wear and tear. Items not covered can be repaired for an addition cost.
